From Our Owners The name Katrina has new meaning for Ronald Allen of Slidell, Louisiana. Ronald kept a close watch on the weather reports as Hurricane Katrina crept closer to New Orleans. The neighborhood where Ronald lived was hit hard by Katrina, weathering a storm surge ten feet deep and winds of up to 165 mph. Despite all of this, Ronald found his Fleetwood home with no damage. He said, "The eye of Katrina went right over my home, and when I went back to survey the damage, I was amazed! The siding was still intact, the windows weren't broken, the storm door did not break and the chimney did not come off."
